• Does TheraStat^® include a Clinical Documentation component?

  Yes! TheraStat^® contains a full featured Clinical Documentation component that allows you to do Progress Notes, Evaluation Notes, Recertification Notes, and Discharge Notes.

• Does TheraStat^® track patient Part B spending against the Part B Caps?

  Yes! TheraStat^® automatically tracks the amount of therapy received by Part B patients and summarizes the information in a report. Patients approaching the cap are highlighted. Patients over the cap are circled.

• We have a report we get from our current system. Can you replicate it in TheraStat^®?

  Yes! In most cases we can do a custom report to your specifications. If the report uses data that is not stored in TheraStat^® then we will have to help you determine the best way to meet your needs. We would be happy to work with you to get the data you need to run your business.

• Can I limit access for a certain user?

  Absolutely! You can grant permission to as many or as few facilities as you wish. You can also limit the type of access a user gets. You can determine which tools your users have access to and assign reports on a person by person basis. You are in control.

• What about HIPAA compliance?

  TheraStat^® is HIPAA compliant All of your data is encrypted using 128 bit SSL when in transit between your computer and our servers. No data is stored on your computer.

• How often is the data backed up?

  All of your data is backed up to tape on a daily basis.

• Is there a limit on the number of Palms/Users per facility?

  No.

• Does TheraStat^® handle the "59 Modifier"?

  Yes! The Modifiers will automatically appear on both the Service Records and the Part B Report.
